The IRS has changed the 1099-NEC form to 3 forms per page for 2021. Please note, a new envelope will be required.

Non-Employee Compensation. Use Form 1099-NEC Copy C to print and mail payment information to the recipient for submission with their federal tax return. 1099-NEC forms are printed in a 3up format. Forms are 8 1/2" x 11" with no side perforation and are printed on 20# laser paper. Order by number of forms, not sheets.
